Bodybuilding Supplements

A tiny part of success. Short list that may help:

  • Creatine Monohydrate: 5 g (1 tsp) per day, any time of day.
  • Protein Powder: as needed to hit daily protein goals.
  • Caffeine: optionally ~150–250 mg, ~30–60 min before training, when more tired than usual.
